Critical Care Registered Nurse | Marietta, Georgia

Play a key role in delivering expert care in a specialty intensive care environment. This contract assignment calls for an experienced Registered Nurse with ICU expertise, dedicated to high standards of patient safety and exceptional clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critical care patients in a fast-paced ICU setting
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab work, and assessments, making swift decisions to address patient needs
• Administer medications, manage ventilators, and provide advanced life support when required
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary medical team to develop and update care plans
• Maintain accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Support and educate patients and families, providing information on care plans, progress, and procedures
• Respond to emergencies and rapidly changing patient conditions with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an ICU setting as a Registered Nurse
• Demonstrated knowledge of best practices in critical care nursing, including experience with ventilators, cardiac monitoring, and rapid response interventions
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organization skills
• Ability to thrive in a demanding, high-acuity environment

$2,264 - $2,477/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
