Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of one year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in managing ventilators, central lines, and high-acuity patient monitoring
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for critically ill adult patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, interpret vital signs, and respond rapidly to changes
• Administer medications, therapies, and interventions per established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare team members
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families
• Troubleshoot and operate a variety of complex medical equipment
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
• Adhere to infection control, safety, and patient confidentiality standards
