Travel Supervisor Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse in Mckinleyville, CA

Work Schedule:

• 3x12-hour shifts (Day shift or Night shift available)
• 36 hours per week guaranteed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing supervision facility-wide, ensuring continual quality patient care
• Float between ICU, ER, and Med/Surg to cover meal breaks and staffing gaps
• Support and mentor nursing staff, facilitating smooth shift transitions and upholding best practices
• Respond to emergencies promptly, provide oversight during critical situations, and coordinate resources
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Active California RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (NRP preferred)
• Recent ICU and nursing supervisor experience
• Flexibility to float across units as needed
• Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of contract start
