This position offers the unique chance to serve as House Supervisor, working in collaboration with ICU, ER, and Med/Surg units, which will broaden your scope of knowledge across multiple departments. Schedule/Hours:
- 3x12 hour shifts—day and night positions available
- 36 hours per week guaranteed
Key Qualifications:
- Active California RN license required
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required; NRP preferred
- Previous ICU and supervisory nursing experience strongly preferred
- Flexibility to float between departments for coverage as needed
- Proof of a negative TB screening within 12 months of assignment start
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff across ER, ICU, and Med/Surg units
- Provide clinical assistance and leadership to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Manage department workflow and facilitate smooth daily operations
- Step in to provide hands-on care and break coverage where required
