Critical Care Nurse in Medina, OH

Provide specialized critical care in a 19-bed Neurosurgical ICU focused on acute stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage, seizures, and post-surgical patients. This role requires expertise in invasive intracranial pressure monitoring, frequent neurological assessments, hemodynamic monitoring, and coordinating routine CT, MRI, and angiography. You will maintain patient ratios of 2-3:1 and may be asked to support other ICUs or step-down units as needed.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current RN licensure with solid Neuro ICU experience
• Skilled in managing acute neurological conditions and complex post-surgical care
• Proficient in invasive monitoring techniques and interpreting neurological assessments
• Ability to adapt to flexible patient assignments within critical care settings
