As an Intensive Care RN, you’ll work within a dynamic 10-bed ICU, primarily on 12-hour overnight shifts, guaranteeing 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment. This role requires adaptability, as floating between related units and facilities may be necessary—broadening your clinical exposure and expertise. You’ll work every other weekend and holiday, with opportunities during downtime to explore Wisconsin’s scenic trails, eclectic dining, and cultural attractions.

Schedule / Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts (NOCs)
• Every other weekend and holiday required
• 36 hours per week (guaranteed, except during holiday/unit closures)

Qualifications:

• Valid, unencumbered Wisconsin RN license
• Minimum 3 years of ICU nursing experience
• At least 1 completed travel assignment
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (to be submitted with application)
• Epic charting experience within the past 12 months
• COVID-19 vaccination or eligible exemption
• Strong change management, resilience, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert care to critically ill patients in a 10-bed ICU
• Communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Float as required to Oconomowoc and Mukwonago units (within skillset)
• Adhere to hospital protocols and best practices
• Support and mentor peers in a teamwork-driven setting
