Qualifications:

• Active RN license with eligibility to practice

• Thorough understanding of ICU protocols and monitoring equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based care to critically ill patients, assessing rapidly changing conditions and responding appropriately
• Monitor and document vital signs, administer medications, and manage critical infusions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including physicians, respiratory therapists, and case managers—to execute treatment plans
• Maintain accurate electronic health records ensuring continuity of care
• Educate patients’ families about conditions, procedures, and post-discharge care
• Uphold all infection control protocols and hospital safety policies
