This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced ICU RNs seeking to advance their clinical exposure in a fast-paced, 10-bed ICU environment. You’ll expand your resume through collaboration with diverse interdisciplinary teams and experience distinct leadership styles and workplace practices across multiple sites. This assignment offers a chance to broaden your expertise while maintaining a healthy work-life balance and exploring new places.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 13-week travel assignment
  • 36 guaranteed hours per week (except during holidays/unit closure)
  • 12-hour night shifts (NOCs)
  • Every other weekend and holiday required

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Wisconsin RN License
  • Minimum of 3 years recent ICU experience
  • At least 1 completed travel RN assignment
  • Epic charting experience (within past 12 months)
  • Certs required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
  • COVID-19 vaccination (unless exempt for medical or religious reasons)
  • Resilience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to float to nearby hospitals as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-acuity patient care in an ICU setting
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide evidence-based care
  • Adapt quickly to changes and float between assigned facilities when required (without working outside clinical skills)
  • Document accurately in Epic
  • Maintain high standards of safety and infection control practices
