Key Qualifications:

• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient needs and work collaboratively

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based nursing care to patients experiencing severe, life-threatening conditions
• Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and operate complex medical equipment
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other team members to develop and implement care plans
