Deliver exceptional care to patients in a high-acuity environment as a skilled ICU Registered Nurse. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert nursing interventions for critically ill patients, monitoring and assessing their condition regularly.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health colleagues to determine care plans and ensure seamless continuity.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to changes in patient status, using advanced life support techniques as necessary.
  • Administer prescribed treatments, medications, and therapies according to established protocols.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring accurate records of interventions and patient responses.
  • Educate patients and their families about processes, procedures, and ongoing care needs with empathy and clarity.
  • Prioritize infection control and safety standards to promote a secure environment for both patients and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license and current BLS/ACLS certification required.
  • Recent experience in an adult ICU setting necessary—strongly preferred candidates will have at least one year in a similar role.
  • Competence in ventilator and critical care equipment management.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and patient advocacy skills.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
