Schedule/Hours:
- 13-week assignment beginning with 6/2 orientation
- 12-hour NOC shifts
- 36 guaranteed hours per week (except the week of orientation, and during unit closures on holidays)
- Every other weekend and holiday rotation
As a Registered Nurse specializing in ICU care, you'll be based in a modern 10-bed critical care unit while embracing opportunities to float to affiliated hospitals as needed, ensuring daily variety and wider clinical exposure.
Qualifications:
- Active Wisconsin RN license
- Minimum 3 years of recent ICU experience
- At least 1 completed travel nursing assignment
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (must be submitted upon application)
- EPIC charting experience within the last 12 months
- Covid-19 vaccination required unless you have a qualifying exemption
- Adaptable, resilient, and collaborative mindset
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-acuity, patient-centered care in a technologically advanced ICU setting
- Flex between ICU units at multiple facilities (float required)
- Maintain competency within your clinical scope, unless otherwise approved
- Adhere to the latest evidence-based practices and quality standards
