Schedule:

  • Three 12-hour night shifts per week

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Current RN license, in good standing
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience in an ICU setting
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Experience with electronic health records preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients, monitoring vital signs and administering medications as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to create and adjust comprehensive care plans
  • Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times
  • Utilize advanced monitoring equipment and respond promptly to changes in patient status
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records in compliance with healthcare policies and procedures
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and contribute to a safe and effective patient care environment
