An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with critical care experience, specializing in intensive care unit (ICU) nursing. This contract position requires an RN-ICU skilled in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records.
  • Provide patient and family education regarding care plans and post-discharge instructions.
  • Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • ICU nursing certification or relevant critical care experience.
  • Strong assessment and clinical skills in managing complex patient cases.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-acuity unit.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications preferred.
