Travel Intensive Care RN | Newton Lower Falls, Massachusetts

Schedule:

• 36 hours per week
• 3x12 hour night shifts (7:15 pm – 7:15 am)
• Includes weekends and rotating holidays

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in the ICU, prioritizing patient safety and best practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Respond efficiently during critical situations, utilizing advanced assessment and rapid intervention skills
• Support and educate patients and their families during critical illness
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation consistent with hospital policies

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or compact license eligibility)
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent ICU nursing experience
• Superior critical thinking and clinical assessment abilities
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience managing ICU-level equipment and technology
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
