What You’ll Need:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Recent ICU or Stepdown experience (preferably in a high-acuity hospital environment)
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay composed under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• BLS and ACLS certification (current and active)

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional care to critically ill patients in the ICU and Stepdown units
• Monitoring and interpreting vital signs, lab values, and changes in patient status
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create and adapt holistic care plans
• Administering medications, managing life-support equipment, and documenting patient progress using EMR systems
• Educating patients and families about ongoing care and recovery steps
