Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, rapidly changing patient conditions
• Proficient in ventilator management, titration of vasoactive drips, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and ancillary staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients
• Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions, responding promptly to changes
• Administer medications, therapies, and advanced interventions per protocols
• Conduct patient and family education on treatments and post-discharge care
• Ensure accurate documentation in compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary rounds and continuous quality improvement processes
• Maintain patient safety and uphold infection prevention standards
