Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ recent experience in an ICU setting
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and utilize advanced lifesaving equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Respond rapidly to emergencies, demonstrating quick decision-making abilities
