Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ recent experience in an ICU setting
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
- Excellent critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and utilize advanced lifesaving equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Respond rapidly to emergencies, demonstrating quick decision-making abilities
- Offer support and education to patients’ families throughout the care process
