Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active RN license (state compact or KS licensure)
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong critical thinking, organization, and multitasking skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, collaborative environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced nursing care to critically ill patients
