Travel Intensive Care RN | Pacific, Missouri

Specializing in critical care nursing, this position places you in a reputable facility with a progressive approach to patient care. Schedule/Hours:

• 36 guaranteed hours per week (three 12-hour night shifts)
• Block scheduling considered upon request
• Weekend shifts as needed
• No call requirements

Key Qualifications:

• Valid RN licensure with the Missouri State Board of Nursing or temporary Missouri RN work permit
• Current ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card required or must obtain during probationary period)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Expertise in post-stroke care, cardiac drips (Nitro, Cardizem, Amio, Esmolol), BiPAPs, Airvos, ventilated compressors, and early identification of patient deterioration
• Willingness to float to Med Surg and Telemetry units
• Preferred: Skilled in medical calculations

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care for medical, basic cardiac, and neuro ICU patients (average 2-3:1 ratio)
• Titrate cardiac drips and manage advanced respiratory equipment
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams
• Adhere to black professional scrub dress code
