Critical Care Nurse in Paterson, NJ

Take your critical care expertise to the next level by providing high-quality care in a fast-paced intensive care setting. We are seeking an experienced RN specializing in ICU nursing to deliver exceptional patient outcomes for those with complex cardiac conditions.

Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• Day shift

Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• At least 3 years of recent, dedicated experience working in a cardiac ICU setting
• Strong background with advanced cardiac monitoring, including Swan-Ganz (PA) or balloon pump management
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-acuity, rapidly evolving environments
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, evidence-based care for critically ill cardiac patients
• Monitor and manage advanced cardiovascular devices and infusions, such as Swan-Ganz catheters and balloon pumps
• Assess, plan, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Respond rapidly to clinical changes and emergent situations
• Serve as a point of contact for patients and families, providing clear updates and compassionate support
• Accurately maintain documentation and ensure adherence to hospital policies and best practices

$2,580 - $2,720/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
