Intensive Care RN | Piedmont, South Dakota

Multiple roles are available for experienced Registered Nurses to deliver skilled nursing services, focusing mainly on 12-hour night shifts in the ICU, with occasional assignments in PCU during the day.

• Predominantly 12-hour night shifts in ICU
• Some day shifts available in PCU

Qualifications:

• Active South Dakota nursing license or compact/multistate RN license (required)
• Proven experience as an RN in ICU or critical care
• Exceptional clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and deliver precise, compassionate care in urgent situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and provide nursing interventions for critically ill patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to develop and execute patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to protocol and physician directives
