Step into a dynamic role providing critical care as a Registered Nurse specializing in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). In this position, you’ll play a vital part in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to those with complex medical needs, collaborating closely with physicians and multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license
  • At least one year of recent ICU nursing experience
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-acuity environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment
  • Monitor vital signs, manage life-sustaining equipment, and respond rapidly to emergencies
  • Administer medications, manage IV lines, and perform complex procedures with precision
  • Communicate clearly with family members, educating and updating them as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and infection control standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care

$2,025 - $2,203/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
