Qualifications:
- Active RN license with eligibility to practice
- Minimum of 2 years recent ICU nursing experience
- Advanced knowledge of critical care protocols, interventions, and clinical equipment
- Ability to remain composed, efficient, and detail-oriented in high-acuity situations
- Excellent communication skills for working within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver critical care nursing to adult patients experiencing acute and life-threatening conditions
- Perform frequent assessments, manage medications, monitor vital signs, and document changes efficiently
