Requirements:

• Current and valid RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in ICU, CVICU, or related critical care area
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
• Excellent communication abilities and teamwork orientation
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient safety and ethical care

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and care for patients with complex, life-threatening health conditions in ICU and CVICU settings
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and advanced life-support interventions as prescribed
• Communicate clearly with physicians, patients, and family members to update on status and care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly in electronic health records
• Respond swiftly and skillfully to changes in patient conditions, participating in rapid response or code situations as needed
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to individualized patient care plans
• Adhere to infection control and hospital policies at all times
