As a specialized RN in the ICU, you’ll collaborate with an expert team delivering comprehensive care to infants, children, adolescents, and young adults. Schedule/Hours:

• Typically rotating shifts (details upon interview)

Qualifications:

• Active NY State RN license (required)
• 2+ years of recent RN-ICU experience
• Direct Pediatric Cardiac Care background
• Proficiency with Telemetry
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS (American Heart Association only)
• NIHSS certification

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, assess, and support critically ill pediatric cardiac patients
• Administer medications, coordinate care, and document according to facility protocols
• Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and participate in code situations
• Educate families and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Contribute to a positive, supportive care environment focused on patient outcomes
