Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time contract position
• Variable shifts, flexibility required for days and nights

Qualifications:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient assessment abilities
• Proficient in managing ventilators, drips, and emergency situations

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Rapidly assess patient needs and implement appropriate interventions
• Monitor vital signs, interpret medical data, and respond proactively to changes
• Administer medications and IV therapies
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to ensure understanding and comfort
• Accurately document all care and respond promptly to medical emergencies
