Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, active RN license
• ICU nursing experience required
• BLS/ACLS certifications (as required for ICU nursing)
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high-acuity settings
• Excellent critical thinking and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and assess changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and charts
