Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Current and valid RN license
• Proven expertise in ICU and/or Stepdown environments
• BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred)
• 1+ years of recent clinical experience in ICU or Stepdown roles
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Collaborative approach with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
