Key Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license required
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent ICU experience in an acute care setting
• BLS and ACLS certifications, current and valid
• Strong critical thinking and rapid response skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
• EMR proficiency for accurate documentation and workflow
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient acuity and fast-paced situations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver complex, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill adult patients
