Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience required
• Proficiency with vital monitoring equipment and critical care protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver advanced nursing care for critically ill patients within the ICU
• Continuously assess and document patient condition, reporting significant changes promptly
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and other prescribed interventions with precision
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, coordinated care plans
• Educate and support patients’ families, maintaining sensitivity to stressful situations
• Adhere strictly to patient safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards
