Deliver high-level patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting, utilizing your critical thinking and clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and support critically ill patients, ensure precise documentation, and respond rapidly to changing conditions.
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- Proven experience working in an ICU environment
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Demonstrated proficiency with modern ICU equipment and electronic health records
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct patient care to critically ill adults, following prescribed care plans and protocols
- Monitor vital signs, recognize changes in patient status, and act decisively in urgent situations
- Administer medications, manage IV lines, and perform advanced nursing procedures as needed
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Educate patients and families on condition management and ICU policies
- Maintain a safe and clean environment consistent with infection control standards
