Key Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license, unrestricted and in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Strong knowledge of critical care protocols, ventilator management, and patient monitoring
• Exceptional assessment, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, recognizing changes in condition and intervening appropriately
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders and best practices
• Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Provide clear, compassionate communication and education to patients and their families
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient care and progress
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols at all times
