Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Nurse in Prescott, AZ

Deliver high-level patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting, utilizing your critical thinking and clinical expertise as a Registered Nurse. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to monitor and support critically ill patients, ensure precise documentation, and respond rapidly to changing conditions.

Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience working in an ICU environment
• Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Demonstrated proficiency with modern ICU equipment and electronic health records

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to critically ill adults, following prescribed care plans and protocols
• Monitor vital signs, recognize changes in patient status, and act decisively in urgent situations
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and perform advanced nursing procedures as needed
