Required Qualifications:

• Active RN license, eligible for practice
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of one year recent experience in an ICU environment
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and rapid response skills
• Proficiency in ventilator management, titration of critical drips, and advanced cardiac monitoring
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult ICU patients with acute medical, surgical, or cardiac needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient status and recognize early signs of clinical deterioration, initiating rapid interventions when necessary
• Administer medications, manage IV infusions, and perform life-saving procedures as required
• Maintain accurate, detailed records and ensure compliance with all hospital protocols and regulatory requirements
• Offer support and education to patients and families during critical periods of care
• Participate in ongoing training and remain current with critical care best practices
