Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• At least 1 year of ICU experience
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Proven critical care experience
• Preferred: Balloon pump, Impella, and trauma care experience; TNCC certification

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the ICU to diverse patient populations
• Respond swiftly to evolving patient conditions using advanced critical care skills
• Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Carry out assessments, administer medications, and deliver interventions as ordered
• Float occasionally to other units, gaining valuable interdisciplinary experience
