Schedule:
- 36 hours per week

Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
- At least 1 year of recent travel nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven leadership skills within fast-paced, high-acuity environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Monitor, assess, and respond swiftly to changes in patient status
- Administer medications, blood products, and manage advanced life support equipment
- Educate patients and families, promoting understanding and involvement in care
