Schedule:

• 36 hours per week
• Day/night rotating shifts
• Includes weekends and holidays

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• At least 1 year of recent travel nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current and valid)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven leadership skills within fast-paced, high-acuity environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
• Monitor, assess, and respond swiftly to changes in patient status
• Administer medications, blood products, and manage advanced life support equipment
• Educate patients and families, promoting understanding and involvement in care
