Schedule/Hours:

• 36 hours per week
• Night shifts: 3x12hr, 7:15pm–7:15am
• Includes weekends and rotating holidays

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Proven experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Competence in responding to emergency situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor vital signs, manage life-support equipment, and adjust patient care plans as needed
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to create the best outcomes for patients
• Document patient care activities and ensure clear communication during shift changes
• Educate patients and families, providing emotional support throughout treatment
