Travel ICU RN - Quincy, MA

A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced RN with specialized skills in Intensive Care nursing. This contract role offers a blend of day and night shifts, allowing you to broaden your practice while supporting critically ill patients in a dynamic clinical setting.

Schedule:

• 36 hours per week
• Equal split between day and night shifts
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required

Qualifications:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in an acute care inpatient setting, or current experience in an ICU environment
• At least 1 year of previous travel nursing experience

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to critical care patients
• Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and respond to life-threatening situations in accordance with best nursing practices
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care plans
• Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and post-hospitalization care
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation
• Adhere strictly to infection control protocols and patient safety guidelines
