Key Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in the state of Nevada or compact eligibility
  • Minimum of 2 years’ recent ICU experience required
  • Strong critical thinking skills and confidence in rapidly changing situations
  • Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (others as required by hospital or state)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver patient-centered care to critically ill adults with a variety of acute conditions
  • Monitor and manage advanced life-support equipment and administer medications as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians and the care team for assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
  • Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses
  • Support patients’ families through compassionate communication and education
