Schedule/Hours:

• Contract role with variable shifts based on facility needs

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active and current RN license in the state
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
• Minimum one year of experience as a staff RN in an acute care hospital, with direct critical care responsibility
• Critical Care RN (CCRN) certification preferred
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
• COVID-19 vaccination and booster status preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations for critically ill patients
• Deliver direct, high-quality patient care within RN scope of practice in a high-acuity setting
• Demonstrate proficiency in interpreting hemodynamic monitoring, recognizing diagnostic changes, and managing acute clinical situations
• Effectively communicate with physicians regarding patient status, test results, and changes in clinical condition
• Guide, teach, and support patients, families, and other healthcare staff, fostering a collaborative care environment
• Ensure meticulous documentation and maintenance of patient privacy and confidentiality according to best practices and standards
