Schedule:
- 7:00 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. shifts
- Every weekend coverage required
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid for practice in Illinois
- Recent experience in an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) setting preferred
- Proficiency in monitoring and managing critical care equipment and documentation
- Strong assessment, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to critically ill individuals in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Collaborate seamlessly with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to patient changes or emergencies
- Administer medications, perform specialized procedures, and document observations accurately
