Desired Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience
- ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Proficiency in managing ventilators, multiple IV infusions, and critical medication administration
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality patient-centered care to critically ill adults
- Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab values, and clinical assessments
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
- Perform complex clinical procedures and interventions within ICU protocol
- Advocate for patient safety and well-being, including compliance with infection control standards
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery processes
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records
