Schedule/Hours:

  • Full-time, variable shifts

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU experience
  • ACLS and BLS certifications required
  • Proficiency in managing ventilators, multiple IV infusions, and critical medication administration
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient-centered care to critically ill adults
  • Monitor and interpret vital signs, lab values, and clinical assessments
  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Perform complex clinical procedures and interventions within ICU protocol
  • Advocate for patient safety and well-being, including compliance with infection control standards
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and recovery processes
  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records
