Schedule Details:

  • Night shifts: 4x8-hours (23:00 – 07:30)
  • No on-call duty
  • Weekend rotation required
  • Floating to other units as needed

Qualifications:

  • Valid California RN license
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
  • ACLS certification
  • NIHSS certification
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in an ICU setting (4 years preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, utilizing advanced assessment, monitoring, and intervention skills
  • Record patient vitals, administer medications, and collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Monitor and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality
  • Adapt to unit needs, including occasionally floating to other departments
