Qualifications:

  • Valid and current Registered Nurse license
  • Demonstrated experience and competence in ICU settings
  • Proficiency with advanced cardiac monitoring, ventilator care, and complex patient assessments
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to remain composed in high-acuity and fast-paced environments

Responsibilities:

  • Administer direct patient care, including medication management, wound care, and monitoring of vital signs
  • Respond to rapidly changing patient conditions with swift, evidence-based interventions
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate comprehensive care plans
  • Document all patient care activities clearly and accurately in electronic health records
  • Provide patient and family education regarding treatments, diagnoses, and ongoing care needs
  • Uphold infection control and patient safety protocols at all times
