Schedule/Hours:

• 12-hour night shifts: 7pm – 7am
• Per-diem coverage; hours are not guaranteed

Key Qualifications:

• Active RN license with current ICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability to varying patient acuity and unit protocols

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to critically ill patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor hemodynamic status and rapidly respond to emergencies
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses thoroughly
• Provide patient and family education with compassion and clarity
