Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum of 1 year recent ICU nursing experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Candidates must be located greater than 60 miles from the facility to be considered as a traveler
• Complete submission materials, including resume, skills checklist, and self-assessment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver patient-centered care to critically ill adults in an ICU setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate individualized care plans
• Monitor and document vital signs, interventions, and responses to treatment
• Respond rapidly and effectively to urgent and emergent clinical situations
• Provide patient and family education with compassion and attention to diverse needs
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, The Joint Commission standards, and best practices
