Critical Care Registered Nurse - Spring Creek, Nevada

An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with ICU experience to provide critical care nursing in a dynamic hospital setting located in Spring Creek, Nevada. This contract role offers exposure to acute patient care where clinical expertise and decision-making skills are essential to improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding appropriately to changes
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation following established protocols
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery processes

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with ICU experience
• Proficient in critical care nursing practices and patient monitoring
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
