Schedule/Hours

• Travel assignment
• Alternating between ICU and stepdown units
• Likely floating between Neuro ICU and Neuro IMCU
• Patient Ratios: ICU 1:2, Stepdown 1:3–4

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent neuro experience in critical care or stepdown settings
• Current RN license (Nursys License Verification)
• Resume reflecting no gaps over 60 days
• Completed Skills Checklist and professional references
• Certification card (active/up to date)
• Badge-appropriate photo for identification

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to neuro ICU and stepdown patients
• Monitor patients, administer treatments, and ensure accurate documentation
• Float efficiently between ICU and IMCU as required
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Prioritize patient safety and quality outcomes in a high-acuity environment
