Seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with ICU experience for a contract opportunity at a reputable healthcare facility. This role is ideal for professionals capable of delivering high-quality critical care to patients with complex medical needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum one year of recent experience in an ICU setting
• Advanced knowledge of critical care best practices
• Skilled in assessment, patient monitoring, and rapid response protocols
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• BLS and ACLS certifications (preferred)
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing clinical environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, perform assessments, and adjust care as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to coordinate patient care plans
• Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate medical equipment
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and care expectations
• Accurately document patient status and update records according to facility standards
• Respond effectively to emergency situations and adhere to all safety protocols
