Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN licensure in good standing, with eligibility to practice in Nevada
• Recent acute care ICU experience is highly preferred
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required
• Strong critical thinking and rapid assessment abilities
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-acuity environments

Schedule:

• 12-hour night shifts: 7pm – 7am
• Per diem coverage; schedule flexibility with no guaranteed hours

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill adults in the ICU setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status with precision and urgency
• Assist with rapid response and emergency interventions as necessary
• Educate patients and families on care plans and treatment protocols
