Schedule/Hours:

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• 1 year (within the last 3 years) of recent, full-time ICU RN experience
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
• Preferred: 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
• CCRN credential preferred
• Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent ICU renal therapy experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a dynamic ICU setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, ensuring prompt, evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document and communicate patient status, treatments, and changes effectively
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and staff education initiatives
