Schedule/Hours

• 3x12-hour shifts; both Day and Night positions available
• 36 hours per week guaranteed

Qualifications

• Active California RN license required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; NRP preferred
• Recent negative TB screening (within 12 months of start date)
• Prior experience in ICU and supervisory roles strongly preferred

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations as House Supervisor, leading multidisciplinary teams
• Float to ICU, ER, and Med/Surg units as needed for break coverage
• Ensure high standards of patient care and staff support
• Respond effectively to emergent clinical and administrative situations
