Schedule/Hours:

• 3x12-hour shifts per week
• Day and night shift positions available
• 36 hours/week guaranteed

Key Qualifications:

• Active California RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• NRP preferred
• Recent negative TB screening (within 12 months of start)
• Strong experience in ICU nursing; leadership/supervisory background essential
• Adaptability and ability to float to ER, ICU, and Med/Surg for staff coverage

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate patient care activities during your shift
• Float as needed to support meal period break coverage across various units
• Ensure clinical and regulatory compliance
• Provide clear communication, mentorship, and support to clinical teams
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to manage daily operations
