Experienced ICU Registered Nurses are needed to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic critical care environment. This role offers a contract opportunity where you will support patients with complex needs, working alongside skilled healthcare professionals.

Schedule:

  • 3x12-hour night shifts (7:00pm–7:30am)
  • 36 hours per week guaranteed

Qualifications:

  • Active California RN license
  • Minimum of 1 year recent ICU/critical care nursing experience
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Proof of a negative TB screen within 12 months prior to contract start

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients
  • Perform continuous assessments, monitor vital signs, and administer medications accurately
  • Respond rapidly to changes in patient condition and execute life-saving interventions when necessary
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and respiratory therapists
  • Educate patients and their families on care plans and treatment options
  • Accurately document all patient care activities in accordance with hospital standards
  • Maintain adherence to infection control protocols and patient safety guidelines
