Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in good standing.
  • Recent experience working in an ICU setting.
  • Proficient in critical care nursing best practices and protocols.
  • Ability to respond swiftly and calmly to emergency situations.
  • Excellent communication and assessment skills.
  • BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct, high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients.
  • Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions with accuracy and detail.
  • Administer medications, therapies, and treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide support and education to patients’ families as appropriate.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment consistent with hospital standards.
